jpeg_morgan runs a one-man bank for images. The work starts in a workshop — a fabrication habit older than any wallet — and ends on-chain, where the things he makes are named and kept in his own custody. Between the two sits a private machine: a local inference rig and a lattice of AI agents he orchestrates himself rather than rents. He does not post to platforms so much as hold names that resolve back to him. The house is small on purpose. Everything inside it, he signs.
